Williams Sonoma Inc. is known for their incredible cookware. They're also amazing at cooking up AI-driven customer experiences with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

At Dreamforce, we partnered with them to build an interactive, digital culinary experience to educate attendees on Marketing Cloud's AI capabilities.  ​

​

Visitors tapped through three common Williams Sonoma audiences (newlyweds, expecting parents, college-bound students) and learn how Marketing Cloud powers personalized experiences for each.
